About the Role

As a Venue All Rounder, you'll work across our bar, gaming room and bistro, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.

Your responsibilities will include:

Skills and Experience

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering great service and is willing to learn and work across multiple departments.

To be successful, you'll have:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Current Queensland RSA (essential).

• Current Queensland RSG (essential or willingness to obtain before commencement).

• Previous experience in a pub, hotel or hospitality venue is great but not essential. Willingness to learn is essential.
