We’re excited to be hiring two DC Team Managers to join our high-performing Brendale Distribution Centre. One will lead the AM shift (5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), and the other will lead the PM shift (1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.), Monday to Friday.
Reporting directly to the DC Operations Manager for the respective shift (AM or PM), you’ll take charge of operations within our fast‑paced Distribution Centre. This is your chance to lead a high‑performing team, ensuring service delivery is efficient, accurate, and always on time. You’ll be at the heart of planning and managing labour, setting the standard for clear communication, and championing a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
