SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

As a Sales Consultant at CarpetCall , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers in store and at their homes if necessary, to understand their needs and provide direction to achieve their desired results.

• Demonstrate products and present product knowledge to best help find a suitable selection.

• Strive to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent post-sale customer service and follow up on customer queries

We are looking for sales consultants across our divisions:

• Sales experience is helpful but not a necessary.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers is needed.

• All training on products and sales processes is provided.

• A professional, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service is what we are after.

• As we are a retail business you MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS but a flexible roster that works with your needs can be met.
