About Intuis
Intuis is a contemporary consulting group on an exciting growth trajectory. We work with leading organisations across Australia, helping them optimise their people, processes, and technology.
We're not your typical consulting company – we are practitioners who roll up our sleeves and work alongside our clients to create lasting change.
Our difference? We don't just implement solutions – we transfer knowledge.
Our passionate team brings decades of experience across HR, technology, and transformation to help organisations build internal capabilities that last. We focus on teaching rather than telling and creating sustainable change that moves businesses forward.
About the Opportunity
Let's be clear: this is not a back-office administrative tech role. You will be central to the successful delivery of our projects and act as the key client-facing representative for our project teams.
As our Tech and Advisory Consultant, you will blend your big-picture thinking with a deep understanding of everyday HR realities. Operating collaboratively, you won't just drop in a system and leave; you will educate and upskill your clients throughout the project lifecycle, designing tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions that solve real business problems.
What You'll Be Doing Your work will span four key areas:
- Solution Design & Implementation You will design scalable, future-ready HR technology solutions that align directly with client objectives. From conducting detailed requirements analysis to configuring platforms and troubleshooting technical integration issues, you will be the driving force behind seamless system rollouts.
- Client Engagement & Coaching You will build strong, trusting relationships and act as the critical liaison between clients and the Intuis consulting team. A natural educator, you will develop and deliver training programs that empower end-users to adapt to new HR systems confidently.
- Data, Reporting & Readiness You will provide hands-on Business Readiness support leading up to Go-Live, managing critical data migration activities to ensure total accuracy and compliance. You will also build and optimise reports and dashboards that give our clients actionable business insights.
- Change & Project Support Working alongside our Project Managers and Change teams, you will track risks, issues, and milestones to ensure deliverables stay on track. You will support change strategies by monitoring business receptiveness and ensuring the organisation is completely set up for success at handover.
What We're Looking For
Technical expertise: - 3–5 years of experience in an HR technology-focused role, with proven experience in end-to-end HR tech implementations and projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong technical experience with modern HR platforms and tools, and a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Broad HR experience, with exposure across a variety of disciplines and industries.
Consulting & partnering skills: - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence both clients and internal teams.
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously.
- A quick, creative thinker who thrives and adapts easily in a fast-paced project environment.
The Intuis Way:
We’re looking for someone who aligns with our core values:
- Driven: You deliver all work to the best of your ability with maximum client benefit in mind, utilising up-to-date best practices.
- Reliable: You are a trustworthy individual who always delivers work within agreed timeframes and to the highest standard.
- Sustainable: You believe in sustainable change, ensuring all solutions provide long-term, lasting benefits rather than quick fixes.
- United: You drive a "one-team" mentality by fully embedding yourself into the client's business to guarantee mutual success.
What We Offer - Genuine growth potential – Be part of a company that is growing, in a role that provides real career progression.
- Diverse client portfolio – No two days are the same!
- Flexibility – Hybrid working with time in the office, at home, and on client sites.
- Knowledge-rich environment – Learn from practitioners with decades of experience, with a dedicated budget for learning and development.
- Purpose-driven work – Help organisations get their HR operations and technology right (it matters!).
- Competitive remuneration – This will be negotiated based on experience; we are looking for someone great and we value our people.
- Supportive and fun culture – No, seriously!
