About the Role

As a valued member of our clinical team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a broad range of primary healthcare services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Immunisations and vaccinations
• Wound care and management
• Health assessments
• Chronic disease management
• Care planning and patient education
• Triage and treatment room support
• Cold chain management and infection control
• Recalls, reminders and clinical administration
• Supporting accreditation and quality improvement activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Previous experience in a General Practice setting (Desirable)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A compassionate and proactive approach to patient care
• Full Australian working rights
