Category/Product Manager

Cenversa is a leading distributor of animal healthcare products to the Veterinary and Pet industries. We have an excellent opportunity for a Full Time Category/Product Manager, based in Huntingwood, NSW.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a commercially minded Category/Product Manager to drive the growth and performance of our pet health and wellness portfolio. Working across brand strategy, product launches, category management, and customer engagement, you will use market insights and commercial analysis to identify opportunities, grow sales, and strengthen our position across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Brand, Category and Portfolio Strategy

• Product Launch and NPD

• Brand Communication and Activation

• Channel and Customer Support

• Reporting and Performance Management

Experience/Skills:

• 5 years proven experience in product management, category management, brand management or trade marketing

• Experience with FMCG, consumer goods industries or companion animal related industries.

• Digital marketing and content development experience beneficial

• Experience working with retailers, distributors or specialty channels.

• Exposure to NPD, product launch, pricing, range reviews and promotional planning.

• Pet category experience preferred but not essential; curiosity and ability to learn new things is important.

Work Environment

The Category/Product Manager will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, interacting with various teams and stakeholders to drive brand success. The role may require occasional interstate travel to meet with key customers and attend industry events.
