Disability Support Worker - Marsfield Park

Your New Role

Your day will be varied and meaningful, focused on promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

Personal Care: Providing respectful assistance with daily living activities such as complex bowel care, showering, feeding Companionship & Social Support: Building positive relationships through conversation, shared activities, and community access. Professional Documentation: Accurately completing documentation

About You

We are looking for people with the right attitude and heart. Formal experience is valuable, but a genuine passion for care is essential.

Essential: A current Australian Driver’s Licence and your own reliable, insured vehicle. Essential: A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) and a First Aid & CPR certificate. Essential: The right to work in Australia (no student visas) Highly Regarded: A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or similar) or equivalent experience. Desired Experience: Peg feeding, Pelican belts and CathertersAvailability: Flexibility between 8am - 1pm or 3pm to 8pm x 3 days per week (days to be determined).
