What you'll be doing? -
Leading daily operations - Take ownership of the centre's day-to-day running, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children, families, and educators thrive.

Supporting educator excellence - Mentor and inspire your team to deliver high-quality, meaningful learning programs that make a lasting difference in children's lives.

Building community connections - Foster warm, trusting relationships with families and the local community, creating a welcoming culture that families are proud to be part of.

Managing centre administration - Oversee staffing, budgets, and administrative functions with confidence, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Ensuring compliance - Uphold all requirements under the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, maintaining the high standards the centre is known for.

Shaping a positive culture - Lead by example to cultivate an inclusive, high-performing team environment where educators feel valued, motivated, and supported.
Who are they looking for? -
Early childhood qualification - A Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is required, as this forms the foundation for leading a quality learning service.

Current certifications - Valid First Aid, Child Protection, Food Safety, and Working With Children Check (WWCC) certifications are essential to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child in the centre.

Leadership and communication skills - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational abilities are key to inspiring a team and engaging effectively with families and stakeholders.

Operational confidence - Experience managing centre operations, including staffing and administration, will set a strong candidate apart in this role.

Flexible working schedule - Working days are Mon-Fri and 8 hours per day from morning to afternoon. Timing may change slightly depending on weekly rosters (e.g. 8:30am-4:30pm; 9am-5pm; 10am-6pm)
