Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic commercial leadership across project lifecycles valued up to $20m.
• Manage, mentor, and build capability across a dedicated team of Contract Administrators.
• Oversee head contract administration, trade lettings, variations, and final accounts.
• Drive monthly financial reporting, cost forecasting, cash flow management, and margin optimisation.
• Leverage Cheops and Procore software platforms to maintain financial control and procurement tracking.

 
What You'll Bring:

• Proven track record as a Commercial Manager or Senior CA ready for step-up in commercial building.
• Demonstrated experience managing Contract Administrators and driving team performance.
• In-depth expertise in head contracts, trade procurement, variations, and dispute resolution.
• Advanced proficiency with Cheops and Procore commercial management software platforms.
• Tertiary degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or relevant commercial discipline.
