You’ll be the welcoming face of MyneSight (WorkPac Skills RTO) — the first point of contact for visitors and the energy that sets the tone for our Paget office. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and love keeping things organised and running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step for you.

This role is also an incredible upskilling opportunity. While gaining hands-on experience, you’ll be supported to complete a Certificate III in Business, making it an ideal pathway for a school leaver looking to launch their career and build strong administrative and customer service skills.

What will your day look like?

• Learning how to deliver a professional and welcoming experience to visitors, clients, and staff
• Developing confident phone skills by supporting inbound calls from candidates
• Building strong communication habits and ensuring messages and enquiries are managed promptly
• Gaining hands-on experience with high-volume administration, including database management and compliance processes
• Growing your business knowledge each day while completing your Certificate III in Business
