About the Role

• Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries via email, phone or face-to-face
• Provide exceptional customer service 
• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine property inspections
• Prepare detailed condition reports and follow up on inspection outcomes
• Organise and conduct open homes and inspections for prospective tenants
• Process tenant applications and reference checks
• Draft and execute tenancy agreements, manage lease renewals and conduct rent reviews
• Process bonds and bond refunds
• Coordinate and oversee repairs to ensure properties remain in good condition
• Day-to-day administration tasks including data entry, filing and general correspondence
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property and tenant information
• Manage property advertising and on-line listings
• Provide support to Property Manager

  
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 6 - 12 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager
• Current Property Management Registration
• Current drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Strong administration skills
• Proven customer service expertise
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Honest, reliable and respectful
• A proven ability to build and manage relationships
• Adaptability and a calm demeanour under pressure
• A passion for delivering exceptional client service
