Cafe Manager/Supervisor

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Cafe Supervisor to lead our café team. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support the team to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
• Overview daily operations including opening and closing procedures
• Staff rostering, training, and performance management
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene and health regulations are adhered to
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
• Support the implementation of promotions and initiatives to grow sales
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and maintain high store standards

• Experience in a similar role in hospitality or retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
• Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
• Organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure
• Strong barista experience is required.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 38.0 per week
