What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager and based in Head Office (Port Melbourne), as the Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:

• Providing essential administration support to the Sales team ensuring smooth coordination between sales, production, logistics and customers.

• Coordinate customer orders from entry through to dispatch, ensuring purchase orders, sales orders, specifications and customer requirements are accurate in Salesforce.

• Monitor order progress and escalate delays, shortages, customer changes or product availability issues as required.

• Generate and maintain stock on hand reports to provide real time visibility to the sales team.

• Assist with pricing sheets, weekly pack sheet requirements, freight invoice checks and new customer onboarding paperwork as needed.

• Participate and collaborate in regular meetings with sales teams.

What You'll Bring

•  Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data, reports and internal systems

•  Strong communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy

•  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

•  Analytical mindset with strong reporting capability

• A willingness to learn, be flexible and get involved across different areas of the business as required.

•  Previous experience in FMCG, Supply Chain or Customer Service area is highly desirable.
