Tender Loving Care is passionate about connecting people with disabilities to workers that can help them achieve their goals. Our Community Workers support our participants with social, community & recreational participation, in-home support & daily living activities, specialised transport & domestic support.

Your Responsibilities
 
As a Community Worker, you will:

• Provide professional and compassionate care.

• Support clients under general guidance from their family or themselves.

• Work within defined guidelines and exercise sound judgment, initiative, and confidentiality.

• Assist with daily personal care and community access.

• Manage your own schedule with minimal supervision.

 
What We Need from You

• A genuine passion for empowering individuals with disabilities.

• This role requires a diploma in a relevant field.

• Experience in mental health, personal care, and handling youth with complex behaviors.

• Knowledge of restrictive practices.

• Certification and experience in the disability sector (career shifters welcome).

• A current NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

• A current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.

• A valid Driver’s License and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
