About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio while delivering a high level of service and building strong relationships with our landlords and tenants.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in residential property management

• A current Agent's Representative Certificate

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• A high level of attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A professional, positive and proactive attitude

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• A genuine commitment to providing outstanding service to clients and tenants

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
