About the Role

Based at our Braeside HQ and reporting to the GM of Operations, you’ll be the operational backbone keeping national ops running smoothly. From owning our scheduling system and safety compliance to managing the end-to-end interstate process, this is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on pace, precision and problem-solving.

Main Duties

• Own and optimise the national scheduling system for maximum efficiency
• Manage end-to-end interstate transport – booking, partner liaison & reconciliation
• Manage internal communication between the administration and operations teams
• Oversee the approval of specific delivery locations to verify drivers are operating within safe and compliant drop-off standards

Skills & Experience

• Own and optimise the national scheduling system for maximum efficiency
• Background in operations, logistics or supply chain coordination
• Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident managing external partner and supplier relationships
• Comfortable working autonomously and juggling competing priorities
• Proficiency in scheduling, fleet or operations management systems a bonus
