Sales Administrator

We are looking for a motivated, organised and friendly sales administrator to join our cleaning company. This is a varied role combining sales, customer service and administration

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to new enquiries via phone, email and social media.
• Follow up leads and quotes to convert enquiries into bookings
• Prepare and send quotes/proposals.
• Maintain and update client records
• Schedule cleaning jobs and coordinate with cleaners
• Maintain customer databases and spreadsheets
• Prepare invoices and assist with general admin.

About you

We are looking for someone:

• Full Australian working rights
• Previous experience in sales/administration
• Full driving license and your own car
• Confident and professional on the phone.
• Comfortable with sales and following up leads.
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure
• Experience in the cleaning industry is an advantage
