About the role
Ruse Bar & Brasserie is looking for a bartender who knows their craft, loves great hospitality, and thrives in a polished, high-energy environment.
We’re a premium Parramatta steakhouse and cocktail bar, operating across two bars alongside professional service teams led by experienced hospitality veterans.

What you bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar bar or premium hospitality environment
Confident cocktail, bar and service skills
Professional presentation and excellent communication
Someone who takes pride in genuine, refined guest service
Ideally available across the full week, Monday–Saturday
Full Australian working rights are essential.
