About the role

• Conduct telehealth consultations with patients — diagnosing, prescribing medication as appropriate, and managing medication side effects
• Provide exceptional, ongoing clinical support for patients
• Respond to medical issues as they arise
• Help shape improved models of care, stronger support programs, and better patient outcomes

About you

• Qualified health professional - You're a qualified Nurse Practitioner with unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Passionate about telehealth and primary care - Demonstrated experience in primary care conditions; telehealth experience is a big plus
• Tech-savvy - Confident navigating digital tools for clinical practice
• Experienced decision maker - You make timely, accurate referral decisions based on your clinical expertise, and stay steady under pressure
• Trusted - Patients trust you because of your experience, confidence, and manner
• Clear communicator - Communicating with patients, health professionals, and team members comes naturally; you get the message across clearly and concisely
• Heart - Patients feel safe and supported in your care, and keep coming back
