About the role
About Us MTK Building is a trusted provider of building and maintenance services to Social Housing Groups and Property Management companies across South East Queensland. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service M8 Admin Guru to take control of this position.
Position Details
Role: Casual Admin Management position.
Schedule: 3 days per week (9:00am – 2:30pm)
Location: Beenleigh, QLD
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate job scheduling via Service M8 and advise field staff on job locations
Create and manage work orders using ServiceM8
Create weekly internal KPI reports
Qualifications & Experience
Experience using Service M8 for job management is a distinct advantage
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Must be honest and reliable
Background in Property Management is a plus
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
