Full-time RN or EN Practice Nurse at High Wycombe Medical Centre

Our High Wycombe team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Practice Nurse (EN or RN) to join our supportive and patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and contributing to a positive clinical environment.

Full-time Roster

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient triage, assessment, and clinical support to GP(s)

• Conduct immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and care plans

• Assist with chronic disease management

• Perform ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical compliance standards

• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice

About the Role:
You will provide high-quality nursing support to GPs and patients, including:

• Chronic disease management

• Immunisations and wound care

• Health assessments

• Treatment room duties

• Patient triage and care coordination

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Previous general practice or primary care experience (preferred)

• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work confidently across different practice settings

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
