• Operational Management — Oversee day-to-day operations across SIL homes, ensuring smooth service delivery and consistent participant satisfaction.
  
• Person-Centred Practice — Implement NDIS care plans, support families, and collaborate with local providers — keeping individual participant goals at the centre of every decision.
  
• Team Leadership — Coach, mentor and develop your care team to deliver high-quality, culturally aligned support. You set the standard.
  
• Compliance & Reporting — Complete weekly dashboard reports, manage incident reviews, and ensure all documentation meets NDIS Quality and Safeguarding requirements.
  
• Onboarding & Training — Lead effective orientation and training for new staff, building a team that is engaged, capable, and genuinely aligned with the organisation’s values.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement — Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, carers, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
  
• Roster & Administration — Manage rosters, appointments, and correspondence with the organisational discipline this level of care demands.
