Dental Receptionist in Ryde (Part-time or Full-time)

Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our front desk team and looking for a friendly, organised and people-focused Dental Receptionist to join us at Putney Dental Care.

We’re a busy, modern dental practice, but we’re also a close-knit and fun team. We work hard, support each other and genuinely enjoy spending time together — whether it’s team lunches, celebrations, team days or catching up outside of work.

For us, finding the right person for our team is just as important as experience.

Full-time is preferred, however we are also open to the right part-time candidate.

We are ideally looking for someone available approximately 4–4.5 days per week, including:

• Monday

• Wednesday

• Thursday

• Alternating Fridays

• Alternating Saturdays

Our team works across general dentistry as well as:

• Implant dentistry

• Orthodontics

• Cosmetic dentistry

• Same-day CEREC crowns

You’ll work alongside experienced dentists and a supportive clinical and reception team who are always happy to help each other.

We spend a lot of time together at work, so we believe work should be somewhere you feel comfortable, valued and enjoy being.

We’re not a team that simply clocks in, works and goes home. We genuinely enjoy each other’s company and have built friendships beyond the workplace.

• Has previous reception experience – essential

• Loves working with and talking to people

• Has excellent customer service skills

• Is confident and professional when communicating with patients

• Is organised and comfortable working in a busy environment

• Takes initiative rather than always waiting to be asked

• Is reliable and takes pride in their work

• Enjoys being part of a team and helping others

• Brings a positive attitude to work

• Has dental experience – a bonus, but not essential

You don’t need to know everything on your first day. We’re happy to teach and support the right person.
