This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and be part of the company growth - work with a leading property management department and grow the asset base.  

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into new managements
• Prospect for new opportunities, within the existing database and through effective networking
• Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of business
• Adhere to set weekly and monthly KPI's and targets 
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained
• Assist the team with ad-hoc projects to further assist the business

 In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be PROACTIVE  this role is highly rewarding and we need someone HUNGRY & MOTIVATED!
• Previous experience within Real Estate - You could be working within Leasing, Property Management, Sales but the main thing is a willingness and track record in being proactive to deliver outstanding customer service in achieving goals
• Strong follow up skills
• The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
• Team orientated 
• Must be presentable
• Must have a driver’s License and access to a car full time
• You must have an Agents Rep certificate or Cert 4 in Real Estate Services

Base salary plus generous commission structure - there is real earning potential here.
