About the role

DanMor Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Welders to join our team in Sisters Creek, Tasmania. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of projects within the structural steel industry.

What you'll be doing

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard, ensuring work meets industry specifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings.

• Prepare materials and components for assembly

• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to budget

• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, following all relevant health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Engineering (fabrication/welding) highly desirable

• Ability to read and understand drawings and steel fabricating design.

• Able to follow set procedures, contribute to their design, and implementation.

• Willing to work as part of a high performing team.

• Have pride in your work and a desire to challenge yourself.

• Willing to focus on company values and strategic direction.

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

• Current driver's licence

• Forklift licence highly desirable.
