Coorong Quays, where the role is based, is a large residential, retirement and tourist community located on the picturesque Southern Fleurieu Coast of South Australia. The community includes Australia's largest freshwater marina, residential houses set on lagoon frontages, the Alexandrina Cove Lifestyle Village and the Islanders’ tavern. 

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Administration Officer to support the management team with the daily administration and operations of the Coorong Quays Marina and Estate. The role will be exposed to all areas of the business, including administrative, marina management, residential encumbrance management (including undertaking physical estate checks) and other duties as directed by the Marina Operations Coordinator. 

 The successful applicant will ideally have the following skills:

•   Strong organisational skills and experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel etc)

•   Proven interpersonal and customer service skills

•   Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

•   Experience with Newbook software highly recommended

•   Highly effective level of written and verbal communication 

•   Multi-faceted with the ability to work independently and within a small team

•   Customer-focused, with effective problem-solving and resolution capabilities

•   Marina and/or boating experience will be highly regarded, though not essential
