About the role

Call Australian businesses that import or export goods, ask three simple qualifying questions, and book a 15-minute phone or video meeting between the decision maker and the hiring manager. You are paid by the hour, every week, whether or not you book anything. You don't quote prices, you don't negotiate, and you do not need to know a single thing about shipping or freight. You'll be given the exact words to say.

Key responsibilities

• Call Australian businesses that import or export goods
• Ask three simple qualifying questions
• Book 15-minute phone or video meetings between decision makers and the hiring manager
• Log calls in HubSpot
• Make 60–80 calls a day

About you

• Clear, confident spoken English and a warm, friendly phone manner
• Willing to make 60–80 calls a day and stay upbeat through rejection
• A genuinely quiet room to work from — no background TV, traffic or pets on calls
• Reliable home internet, 10 Mbps or better, plus a headset
• Comfortable enough with a computer to log calls
• Reliable and honest about your hours
• Australian work rights required
• Able to commit to 15 hours a week, in shifts of at least 3 hours, between 9:00am and 4:00pm AEST
