What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III (essential)

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in early childhood settings

• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Confidence with digital programming and documentation tools

• Child Protection Training (usually in your transcript) & GECKO Child Safety Training

• Working With Children Check & First Aid certificate

• Understanding of Education and Care National Regulations

• Knowledge of child development (0–6 years)

• Warm, professional, and team-oriented attitude

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
