Interact & Co is a digital and full service marketing agency as well as an established events company and we are looking for an experienced digital marketing expert to join our team. 

Manage, plan and take ownership of your own portfolio of clients providing exceptional service including seamless onboarding, managing client expectations, setting objectives, strategy and execution, provide monthly reporting and proactively identify new ideas and innovations to assist client growth and help keep us the best in the business! You will have exceptional client management skills and be happy to pick up the phone and have a chat.

Whilst this is a digital marketer’s role, you will work in tandem with our agency account managers as we handle all facets of our clients’ marketing needs.

Job Description:

We require a full time Digital Marketing specialist with extensive experience in the Google Ads platform. Your key responsibilties will be to develop and implement SEO strategies to impove rankings and visibility plus managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on the Google Ads platform.

You will set up new campaigns as well as manage existing accounts ensuring they are optimised and performing well while communicating closely with key stakeholders to report progress, suggest new campaign strategies, executions and ideas.

You will work closely with account managers to provide market research, create proposals, run client discovery sessions, and set-up and onboard new clients.

Key objectives include:
Campaign Strategy - Work closely with team members to develop paid media stategies through all digital channels Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc

Campaign Management - Monitor, analyse and acheive goals while working collaboratively with other team members on all client accounts. 

Client Liason - Work together with account managers to supply clients with superior customer service through innovation, ideas, reporting and feedback. Regular face-to-face client meetings are essential.

About you:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a ‘client facing’ agency role 
Proven experience in paid search, Google shopping, SEO strategies and implementation.
High level of experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Googe Search Console
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
Ability to host client meetings and confidently talk through stategies, ideas and/or reporting
