About us
Relationship Matters is a dynamic, values based not-for-profit organisation that supports people to develop safe, respectful and fulfilling relationships at every stage of life. We are passionate, dedicated and committed to making a difference by providing high quality relationship counselling, dispute resolution and relationship education services to individuals, couples and families.
Relationship Matters also delivers a family violence program and provides Employee Assistance Programs, training and consultancy services to workplaces.
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Family Violence Case Manager for a fixed-term, part-time position at 0.6 FTE, commencing in November 2026 and concluding in June 2028.
In this role, you will provide individualised, strengths-based case management, supporting men to recognise, take responsibility for, and change their use of violence. You will balance engagement and accountability, while prioritising the safety and wellbeing of victim-survivors.
