The Role 

This is a newly created opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist/Junior Legal Assistant support the team with entry level administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-level client experience over the phone and in person

• Maintaining calendars and diary appointments

• Drafting basic precedent letters

• Conveying relevant information to solicitor and other key parties 

• Assisting with client requests

• Payment of invoices 

• Adhoc administration

Skills/Experience 

• High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill

• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

• dedicated, hard-working and committed

• Technically savvy

• Exceptional client service and phone manner

• Great attention to detail

• Comfortable working in personal injury law
