Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s international network, have an exciting opportunity for passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to join our luxurious Arches Bar on Market Street.

About the role:

• Contribute to the operations of Arches Bar and provide support to the team and managers across the assigned outlet

• Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests, in house and external

• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue

• Execution of excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards

• Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered too. 

About You:

• The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service

• Previous experience in a similar role or luxury hotel environment will be viewed favorably

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Excellent personal presentation

• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card

• The availability to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
