You'll have the opportunity to design, build, and deploy applications that leverage AI and automation, while deepening your expertise in Azure cloud paradigms, containers, fully automated CI/CD.

We're looking for developers across all career stages who are eager to embrace AI, experiment with new tools, and help us integrate intelligent features into our market-leading systems. You'll work in an environment that values ownership, encourages direct collaboration with customers, and supports continuous learning. This role requires a minimum of three days in the office to support learning and collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building, enhancing, and maintaining intelligent systems and applications, including the integration of AI and automation to deliver smarter solutions for our customers.
• Working iteratively and validating learning to ensure we're solving the right problems, using AI where it adds value.
• Owning and supporting the entire stack as part of an autonomous, cross-functional team.
• Work with the latest AI tools and techniques including fully subsidised Cursor licences, context engineering frameworks and robust MCP integration.
• Actively participating in agile processes in a company that truly embraces agile across all departments.

Is This Role for You?

• You understand that AI is changing the way that we do development and want to work with like-minded developers who are embracing the benefits of AI.
• You're customer focused, with a drive to get to the core of the problem and solve it.
• You want to design and build simple, scalable, and reliable solutions in an enterprise environment, leveraging both traditional and AI-driven approaches.
• You have experience in web front ends and C#, and are looking to take your skills to the next level, potentially by integrating AI features.
• You're familiar with concepts like CQRS, Domain Driven Design, and asynchronous message-based systems, and want to see how AI can enhance these patterns.
• You're looking for a supportive and fun environment where diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities are part of the company DNA!
• Previous experience with Python and functional programming would be advantageous but not essential.
