Reporting to the Commercial Director, the High-End Manager role is a strategic position responsible for defining, driving, and executing the High-End (HE) strategy across Oceania to achieve the business targets set for this market. The goal is to significantly grow the HE business, elevate our brand presence, and cultivate enduring relationships with an exclusive clientele. This involves formulating and implementing strategic plans across the commercial network, fostering a high performing HE ecosystem, and expanding the HE client base while building up loyalty.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are looking for a dynamic leader who will drive our High-End strategy and elevate our client experience. You will:

• Lead Strategic Growth: Formulate and implement the High-End business strategy, driving innovation, market share, and financial performance.
• Cultivate VIP Client Relationships: Act as a brand ambassador, building and nurturing enduring relationships with VIP clients through bespoke experiences and strategic development initiatives.
• Develop High-Performing Teams: Partner with boutique leadership to build and empower a world-class High-End talent pool, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
• Orchestrate Exclusive Events: Define and execute a calendar of high-profile events and private viewings, ensuring unparalleled client engagement and brand prestige.
• Ensure Operational & Service Excellence: Oversee optimal stock management and deliver superior after-sales service, guaranteeing seamless operations and reinforcing client loyalty.
