As a New Home Advocate / Broker, you’ll become a trusted guide to first home buyers. You’ll work with them one-on-one to understand their dreams and goals, then develop a personalised strategy that includes finance, land acquisition, home design, and builder selection.

Your role is about more than just hitting targets - it’s about building real, lasting connections, and making what can be a stressful experience feel exciting, smooth, and transparent.

You’ll:

• Build authentic relationships with clients and champion their journey from start to finish.

• Take clients through the full process - from budgeting and finance, to land selection, home design, and builder choice.

• Educate, inspire, and empower clients to take action toward homeownership.

• Handle inbound leads via phone, text, and email - no cold calling required.

• Manage your pipeline with precision and professionalism using our CRM.

• Collaborate with our internal team (finance, marketing, ops, leadership) to deliver a seamless experience.

• Continuously develop your knowledge and improve your performance - we’ll support you every step of the way.
