About the role

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide meaningful support to a friendly client based in Oakhurst.

In this rewarding role, you'll help the client maintain their independence, daily routines, and community connections through companionship and supported access to activities. You will also assist with medication prompting and administration.

• Up to 20 hours per week
• AM shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday 9am to 11am.
• PM shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 6pm to 8pm
• Based in Oakhurst

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, patient, and genuinely committed to supporting others.
• Organised and proactive, with the confidence to assist with daily routines and encourage independence.
• A clear and respectful communicator who can build positive, trusting relationships.
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing safe, person-centred support.
• The holder of a full Australian driver’s licence.
