The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our branch network in Mackay on a part-time basis.

As one of the first people our customers meet, you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences every day. Whether you're helping with everyday banking, identifying customer needs, or connecting customers with specialist support, you'll focus on delivering service that's personal, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Working closely with your branch team, you'll contribute to achieving customer outcomes while strengthening the trusted relationships that Auswide has built within the local community.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Has strong attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
• Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Has previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or banking experience, although it's not essential

Most importantly, you'll care about helping people and be motivated to make a difference in every interaction.
