About the role
Our services are provided by women, for women and children. We operate within a feminist framework and acknowledge that domestic violence is predominately gender-based. Our practice is evidence based and informed by 40 years of working with women’s lived experiences. We are an inclusive organisation for all woman-identifying people.

We are seeking a worker who is skilled in providing specialist support and collaborative case management to children and young people, in close collaboration with their mother/carer. The successful applicant will be willing to attend further training in using a domestic violence informed, trauma-informed and strength-based approach in their work with children and young people.
Based on 35 hours week pay range for Level 4 Paypoint 1 $92,292 to Paypoint 4 $99,300 plus 10% superannuation and Salary Sacrifice offered.
Confirmation of employment will be subject to candidate's possession of a Current Australian Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check, completed Australian Criminal History Check and provision of COVID-19 vaccination certificate, in line with the DV West COVID Business Continuity Plan, or valid medical exemption, to comply with DV West’s Work Health and Safety requirements
