 About the role:

 Production Hands are responsible for preparing, processing, packaging, and inspecting dip products, ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards. Key duties include operating machinery, mixing ingredients, monitoring production lines, sanitizing equipment, packaging completed products and moving goods to storage.

About you:

 To be successful in this role, you'll be committed to providing an accurate and quality service.  You will have:

·        Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (FMCG) is desirable.

·        Physical capacity to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.

·        Strong understanding and commitment to safety protocols and quality control.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·        Good communication skills.

·        Demonstrated ability to work as an effective and contributing member of a small team.
