Growing Finance & Leasing Business | Flexible Part-Time Opportunity

Are you an experienced HR Generalist or HR Advisor looking for a flexible opportunity where you can make a genuine impact without committing to a full-time role?

Our client is a growing and successful finance and leasing business seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team 2 days per week. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, providing practical HR advice and helping a growing business build strong people practices.

Working closely with management, you will provide practical, commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle, including:

• Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement

• Managing performance and employee relations matters

• Assisting with policies, procedures and HR documentation

• Supporting compliance with employment legislation and best practice

• Providing advice on remuneration, performance reviews and workplace issues

• Helping develop and improve HR processes as the business continues to grow

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is practical, approachable and confident providing advice across a broad range of HR matters.

You may be an experienced HR Generalist looking for greater flexibility, a professional returning to the workforce after a career break, or an experienced HR practitioner who would prefer a rewarding part-time opportunity rather than a full-time commitment.

You will ideally have:

• Solid generalist HR experience

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A practical and solutions-focused approach

• The confidence to work autonomously and build strong relationships with stakeholders

• Previous experience supporting a small to medium-sized business would be highly regarded

• 2 days per week – genuine flexibility
