Restaurant/Cafe Supervisor

The Southern Hotel has been family owned and operated for the past thirty years. The hotel currently runs three distinctive food outlets, Cafe Inferno, Fire + Ice Restaurant and Bar 839. 

We are currently restructering our food & beverage department and are looking for an experienced persons to join our restaurant/ cafe management team and assist in the daily operations of the business. 

We are looking for someone who shares our commitment and passion to the industry as well as our customers and colleagues.
We are looking for someone who has an understanding of the changing dynamics of the industry and therefore is willing to be flexible within a team environment. Someone who has the ability to give and take direction with a willingness to learn.

We are offering a competitive wage/salary where you are paid for every hour worked including applicable penalty or loading rates.

A combination of weekdays, nights and weekends are required, with a flexibility to have time off, including weekends,  when needed to manage a prosperous work/life balance. Gone are the days of all work and no play.
