Join the Pre-Sales team as a Membership Consultant at TotalFusion South Brisbane. You will be the face of TotalFusion, welcoming potential members with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a lasting first impression that sets the tone for their fitness journey. This destination opening in 2027 marks a new era for health and wellness, offering members everything they need to optimise their full potential all under one roof, from world class training facilities and renowned group fitness, to luxury wellness experiences and member events.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome potential members with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a lasting first impression
• Engage with individuals to identify their fitness goals and present tailored membership solutions
• Convert prospects into loyal members using sales expertise and knowledge of facilities, overcoming objections and highlighting key benefits
• Ensure every interaction with potential and existing members leaves them excited and confident about being part of the TotalFusion community

About you

• Sales-driven with a passion for sales success and a strong interest in health and wellness
• Effective communicator who can connect with people in person, over the phone, or online
• Detail-oriented and able to create a welcoming, polished environment
• Customer-centric and dedicated to going above and beyond to meet the needs of every member
• Team player who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment and works closely with colleagues to achieve and exceed sales targets
