Delivery Driver - Parafield SA

Our Inspirations Paint Parafield store is currently expanding its’ logistics team and have a Full Time / Part Time Delivery Driver position available.

This store is a family-owned business that promotes a supportive and dynamic work environment. They are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals looking to join the team and start their career within the logistics (paint) industry. We are a customer service orientated culture and with a team focus to ensure we all get the job done together.

As a member of our logistics team, you will be required to assist with packaging, loading and delivery of products to our trade / commercial customer base. Due to frequent lifting of up to 20kgs, you will need to demonstrate a competent level of physical fitness to deliver optimum results to our customers. *

A Company vehicle will be provided and is fully maintained by the Company.

The Warehouse operates from 7.00 – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to work an agreed roster within those hours.

Responsibilities include: 

• Providing exceptional customer service to trade customers;

• Secure load and prepare manifest as required;

• Deliver and unload goods at customer premises as specified;

• Unpacking stock within store; general warehouse housekeeping and packing orders as required;

• Adherence to all safety work practices; and

• This role involves some heavy lifting up to 20kgs

Experience / Attributes:

• Honest, reliable and punctual

• Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude

• Team player, with exceptional safety awareness

• Physically fit* with the ability to load and unload truck / van / ute (couple of tonne a day) within safety guidelines (* an inherent requirement of this position).

• Must hold a current South Australian Full Drivers’ Licence with no prior driving offences.
