Bilco Group Pty Ltd is a modular construction company based in Denmark, Western Australia, operating since 2011. The business delivers residential and commercial projects across WA, including staff accommodation, lifestyle villages, granny flats, caravan parks, and mining camps.

An opportunity is available for a full-time Plasterer to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and specifications to determine fibrous plaster requirements
• Measure, cut and fit materials as required
• Install fibrous plaster components, including cornices, mouldings and ceiling features
• Fix plasterboard and decorative plaster elements
• Prepare surfaces and apply finishing techniques
• Ensure all work meets design, quality and safety standards
• Apply finishing techniques to achieve smooth, high-quality results

• Fast learner with a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills

Selection Criteria

• Driver’s licence (essential)
• Forklift licence (beneficial)

This is a full-time position based in Denmark, with work carried out across workshop and site environments throughout WA.
