Owners Corporation Associate (12-Month Development Program)

Whether you've recently graduated or you're an experienced property professional looking to pivot into Owners Corporation Management, this opportunity is your ideal next step.

At Inner Owners Corporation, we're offering a 12-month paid development program where you'll be mentored directly by our Director of Owners Corporation and work alongside one of our experienced OC Managers. You'll join a boutique team that was named Strata Community Management Medium Business of the Year at the 2025 SCA Victoria Awards, giving you the chance to learn from the best while gaining real-world experience and transitioning into a rewarding long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing

Over 12 months, you'll be immersed in the full scope of Owners Corporation operations, including:

• Attending AGMs, committee meetings, and building walkthroughs

• Conducting site visits and learning hands-on building management

• Assisting with stakeholder communication and operational activities

• Shadowing experienced managers and supporting key client relationships

This Role Is Perfect For:

• Recent graduates (Property, Business, Law, or similar fields) looking to start a career in property

• Residential or commercial property managers seeking a new challenge in strata/OC management

• Strong interest in property and client service

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• A proactive, professional attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow within a team

• No OC experience required — we'll teach you everything you need to know

Your Path Forward

At the end of the 12-month program, if you demonstrate capability and commitment, you'll be offered a full-time position managing your own portfolio of properties.
