Position Purpose
Are you a seasoned professional dedicated to advancing the hearing care sector? As the Talent Management Specialist, you'll lead transformative strategies across Australia. Collaborate with APAC, our Italian headquarters, and a cross-functional team to drive innovation in vibrant markets. If you understand the hearing care industry, possess Oracle skills, and an academic network, we'd like to connect.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to Australia’s Back Office Business Partner & Talent Manager, the Talent Management Specialist will support the implementation of the People Strategy for Australia through the design, planning, coordination and delivery of key HR initiatives.
