Service Receptionist - Homebush Service Centre

6 month Maternity Leave Contract | Monday to Friday, full-time hours

A fantastic opportunity is available for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to be part of our team at Homebush Service Centre on a 6 maternity leave contract, with a possibility of extension and permanency down the track.

The successful applicant will be part of our service team working in a fast-paced environment offering exceptional service to a wide range of customers both over the phone and in person working within a great team with a highly experienced and supportive manager.

What the role involves:

• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously

• Manage front desk operations and appointment scheduling

• Assist with administrative support across departments

• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

• Provide information, process invoices and payments

• Assist vehicle movements and deliveries and other duties as required

• Provide relief support for Service Advisors as required

What we are looking for:

• Previous 1-2 years' experience in high volume, fast paced environment

• A professional and polished appearance

• Friendly, team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A current drivers license
