Client Relationship Manager

Acting as a key bridge between our brand and our partners, you will manage the full lifecycle of client engagement - from seamless onboarding of new partners to presenting business reviews, and ongoing strategic education on why we're the best in the business. This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who excels at stakeholder management and thrives in a high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Be the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Regularly engage with clients through quarterly business reviews to understand their evolving needs and challenges, positioning our solutions accordingly.
• Develop and execute strategies to proactively retain and expand revenue within your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Present tailored solutions and proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of novated leasing for their employees.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance on novated leasing processes, benefits, and best practices to enhance client understanding and engagement.
• Conduct onboarding presentations for new clients and ongoing educational sessions to showcase the benefits of the product.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions in our systems to support sales tracking and forecasting.

About you

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the leasing or financial services industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric approach.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
