About the role
At Bundaberg Brewed Drinks, we’ve been proudly crafting our world‑famous brews for over 55 years. Our iconic Ginger Beer is brewed right here in Bundaberg using locally sourced ginger and time‑honoured methods. Now, we’re looking for vibrant, customer‑focused casual team member to join us at The Barrel – our immersive tourist experience.
What You’ll Do
Welcome visitors and share the story of Bundaberg Brewed Drinks
Lead fun taste‑testing sessions of our premium brews
Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Process purchases and keep displays looking great
Help restock our drinks (cartons) and maintain a welcoming environment
