KPI Partners is growing in Australia.

After building a successful specialist recruitment business in New Zealand, KPI Partners is now establishing its presence in Perth and we’re looking for an ambitious recruiter to join the founding Australian team.

This isn’t about joining a big agency, inheriting someone else’s way of doing things, or being measured purely on call numbers.

It’s an opportunity to build your own market, develop genuine client relationships and have a real influence on how KPI Partners grows in Australia.

The Role

As a Recruitment Partner, you’ll operate a full 360 recruitment desk and take ownership of your market.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and developing new client relationships across Perth and wider Western Australia

• Growing a specialist recruitment desk within Financial Services, Legal, or an agreed professional market

• Sourcing, engaging and representing high-quality candidates

• Managing recruitment processes from initial client brief through to placement

• Developing long-term relationships rather than transactional recruitment

• Building your personal brand and network within your specialist market

• Contributing ideas around how we grow KPI Partners in Australia

• Working directly with the Founder as we build the Perth business

About You

We’re open to speaking with experienced recruiters who want greater autonomy, as well as strong business development professionals who understand how to build relationships and generate opportunities.

You’ll likely be someone who:

• Enjoys business development and building a market

• Wants ownership of their desk rather than being heavily managed

• Takes pride in representing candidates and clients properly

• Is commercially driven and comfortable working towards revenue targets

• Values quality over high-volume recruitment

• Wants to help build something rather than simply join something already built
